Terms of service

The agreement between you and Wynnest, including the awkward parts about when cashback is not paid.
This document is published in English only. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English text is the binding version.
1. The agreement
These terms are the contract between you and Wynnest (“Wynnest”, “we”) covering your use of wynnest.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18 and opening the account for yourself. One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
3. How cashback is earned
Retailers pay us a commission for sales that reach them through Wynnest, and we pass cashback back to you out of it. The rate shown on a store’s page is the rate that applies to your purchase — it is what you receive, not a figure we work down from. Rates differ by store and can change over time.
The rate is fixed at the moment you click through, not at the moment you pay. If a store’s rate changes afterwards — up or down — your purchase is still settled at the rate you were shown when you left our site. We record that promise with the click and never revisit it.
For cashback to be attributed to you, the purchase has to be completed in the same browser session you started here, with cookies enabled and without passing through another coupon or cashback site on the way — the last referrer usually takes the commission, and if we are not paid we have nothing to share.
4. When cashback is not paid
We would rather set this out plainly than let you discover it after an order. Cashback is not payable where:
- the order is cancelled, returned, refunded or charged back, in whole or in part;
- the retailer rejects or reverses the commission, including for suspected fraud or for breaching their own terms;
- the purchase was not tracked to us — for example an ad blocker, a privacy extension or another affiliate link intercepted it;
- you used a discount code that we did not list, where the retailer excludes such orders;
- the order falls into a category the retailer excludes (gift cards, taxes, shipping and marketplace items from third-party sellers are the common ones);
- the purchase is for resale rather than your own use.
Cashback that has been credited to you may be reversed if the underlying commission is later withdrawn by the retailer. Where that leaves a negative balance we will offset it against future earnings rather than ask you for money back.
5. Confirmation and withdrawal
New cashback appears as Pending while the retailer has a window to cancel or return the order. Once the retailer confirms it and a further 30 days have passed, it becomes Available and you can withdraw it. Retailers typically confirm within 30 to 90 days; some take longer, and that timing is theirs, not ours.
The minimum withdrawal is $10.00 or the equivalent in your account currency. We may hold a withdrawal for manual review where our fraud checks flag it, and we will tell you if that happens.
You need a confirmed email address before you can withdraw. Payments go only to a payout destination you have registered on your own account.
6. Rates, listings and errors
Rates, coupons and product prices come from our affiliate partners and change constantly. We take care to keep them current but cannot guarantee that every figure on the site is accurate at the moment you read it, and a listing is not an offer. Where an obvious error means a rate was displayed that no retailer ever paid, we may correct the entry — but never below the rate that was actually earned on a completed purchase.
7. Referrals
You may invite people you actually know. Referring yourself, creating additional accounts, buying referrals, or promoting your code through spam, paid search on our brand name, or misleading claims will void the bonuses and may close the accounts involved.
8. Things that will close your account
- Opening more than one account, or using someone else’s.
- Placing orders you intend to cancel or return in order to trigger cashback.
- Automating clicks or purchases, or manipulating tracking parameters.
- Giving false payout details, or routing payments to someone else.
- Scraping the site or reselling our data.
9. Inactive accounts
If you neither sign in nor earn cashback for 24 months we may close the account. We will email you first, at the address on the account, with time to withdraw whatever is available.
10. What we are and are not responsible for
We are an intermediary. The sales contract for anything you buy is between you and the retailer, and questions of delivery, quality, warranty and returns are theirs to answer.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the cashback owed to your account. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
11. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; if a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect. You may close your account at any time — withdraw your available balance first, because pending cashback on a closed account cannot be recovered. We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, and will explain why unless doing so would defeat the purpose of the investigation.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, nor of your right to bring proceedings there.
